Kairat has been working in business since 1993 in different industries, such as construction, agriculture, Oil & Gas and Legal firm. His career began from being Executive Specialist in the government organization to the Director & owner construction, agriculture and trading companies. He was a representative of International company SILVERSTONE in Kazakhstan.

Kairat has been closely involved in the preparation of UN tenders for the supply of grain products to needy countries, he has good experience to run companies & businesses from ground zero, has a good networking in Kazakhstan and neighboring countries, worked as a lawyer in construction company and expert in the Ministry Justice of Kazakhstan. Now he is holding position as an External Economic Activity Department Director in the Kazakhstan Employers’ Union and he is responsible for export & import of agriculture products. He is one of the first who opened the foreign market for the supply of wheat and barley from Kazakhstan.
